သင်တန်း (၆) ရက်တာကာလတွင် သင်တန်းသားများသည် မတူညီကွဲပြားတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် (activity) ပေါင်းမြောက်များစွာမှာ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ပြီး အတူတကွဆွေးနွေး လေ့လာသင်ယူသွားခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းဆရာကောင်းတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ နဲ့ အရည်အချင်းများ၊ သင်ယူခြင်း နှင့် သင်ကြားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတွေးအခေါ်များ၊ သီအိုရီများ နှင့် လက်တွေ့အသုံးချမှုများ၊ အရွယ်ရောက်သူများ သင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သီအိုရီများကို သင်ယူခဲ့ကြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းသားများသည် အတွေ့အကြုံကနေသင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာသီအိုရီကို သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲရာတွင် မည်ကဲ့သို့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သလဲဆိုတာကိုလဲ လေ့လာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းတစ်ခုရဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းကို ဘယ်လိုရေးဆွဲရသလဲ၊ သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းတစ်ခု မရေးဆွဲခင် ဘာတွေသိထားဖို့လိုသလဲ၊ သင်တန်းတစ်ခုရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်ရောက်ရှိအောင် ဘယ်လိုနည်းလမ်းတွေနဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမယ်ဆိုတာကို မတူညီတဲ့ Training Techniques သင်တန်းပေးခြင်းနည်းလမ်းများစွာကို လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းဆရာတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ သင်တန်းတစ်ခု အောင်မြင်၊ မအောင်မြင်ဆိုတာကို မည်ကဲ့သို့ ဆန်းစစ်ပြီးတော့ evaluate လုပ်မလဲ၊ Feedback ယူခြင်း၊ ပေးခြင်းနဲ့ ပါတ်သက်ပြီးတော့လဲ ထိထိရောက်ရောက် မည်ကဲ့သို့ ပေးသင့်သလဲ ဆိုတာကိုလဲ လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

Magga Education finished its Training Design and Facilitation course successfully December 1, 2019. Congratulations to all participants who successfully completed a six-day intensive training. Participants had participated in many interactive activities and learned about roles of trainers, qualities of good trainers/facilitators, learning and training styles, training pedagogies including adult learning, experiential learning and engaged pedagogy.

Participants also learned about how to use different pedagogies and different techniques in designing an effective training/workshop. They also got a chance to apply what they have learned from the course by designing and conducting a workshop.
