The Training Design and Facilitation course is for people who want to improve their training and facilitation skills and who want to pursue their careers in training field. By the end of this course, participants will be able to lead and conduct training effectively, use experiential learning and other participatory approaches in designing and facilitating workshops, better understand theory and practice of training, and meet their participants’ specific needs and interests. The workshop will be conducted in Myanmar language.
