Soft Skills for Youth Development Project by Magga Education is a one-year project that aims to provide a series of virtual online workshops for youth, aged between 14 and 26, in relation to soft skills for their personal and interpersonal development. This training will reach youth of diverse backgrounds along lines of race, ethnicity, gender (including women and LGBTQI individuals), religion, and disability status from across Myanmar. This online workshop focuses primarily on soft skills such as higher order thinking, social and communication skills, problem-solving and conflict transformation, and teamwork and leadership skills.
