Training Design and Facilitation သင်တန်းသည် သင်တန်းများကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ဦးဆောင်သင်ကြားလိုသူများ၊ သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းများကို အတွေ့အကြုံကနေသင်ယူမှုစနစ်ဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ရေးဆွဲတတ်ချင်သူများ၊ သင်တန်းပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သီအိုရီများနှင့် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ သိရှိလေ့လာပြီး သင်တန်းတွင် လက်တွေ့အသုံးချချင်သူများ နှင့် သင်တန်းသားများ၏ စိတ်၀င်စားမှု နှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြည့်ဆည်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလိုသော သင်တန်းဆရာများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ဖွင့်လှစ်‌ပေးတဲ့ သင်တန်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းကြာချိန်သည် ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် (၆) ရက်၊ (၄၂) နာရီ ကြာမြင့်ပါသည်။

The Training Design and Facilitation course is for people who want to improve their training and facilitation skills and who want to pursue their careers in training field. By the end of this course, participants will be able to lead and conduct training effectively, use experiential learning and other participatory approaches in designing and facilitating workshops, better understand theory and practice of training, and meet their participants’ specific needs and interests. The duration for the workshop is usually 6 full days. However, based on the needs of the participants and the organizations, the duration and fees may vary.

The Effective Teams and Communication course is for people who want to improve their communication, management and leadership in working in diverse teams. This is also for people who want to reflect on their social identity, communication styles, and conflict management styles and how they impact on their behaviors working in teams. By the end of this course, participants will be able to develop their strategies in working effectively with different teams in their workplace.

The duration for the workshop is usually 3 full days. However, based on the needs of the participants and the organizations, the duration and fees may vary.
