[English version below] မဂ္ဂပညာရေးနှင့်အတူ Training Design and Facilitation သင်တန်းကို တက်‌ရောက်နေကြတဲ့ ကျွန်းတစ်‌ထောင်မြေဖောင်ဒေးရှင်းမှ မိတ်ဆွေ ဆရာ ဆရာမများသည် လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ တနင်္လာနေ့နှင့် ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့တွင် သူတို့ ရေးဆွဲထားတဲ့ Training Design တွေကို အချင်းချင်းမျှဝေပြီး၊ feedback တွေပေးပြီး သင်တန်းကို အောင်မြင်စွာ တက်ရောက်ပြီးဆုံးသွားခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းကို အောင်မြင်စွာ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ ဆရာ ဆရာမများအားလုံး Congratulations ပါလို့ မဂ္ဂမှ ဂုဏ်ပြုစကား ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။

သင်တန်း (၁၁) ရက်တာကာလတွင် ဆရာဆရာမများသည် မတူကွဲပြားတဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် (activity) ပေါင်းမြောက်များစွာမှာ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ပြီး အတူတကွဆွေးနွေး လေ့လာသင်ယူသွားခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းဆရာကောင်းတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ နဲ့ အရည်အချင်းများ၊ သင်ယူခြင်း နှင့် သင်ကြားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတွေးအခေါ်များ၊ သီအိုရီများ နှင့် လက်တွေ့အသုံးချမှုများ၊ အရွယ်ရောက်သူများ သင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သီအိုရီများကို သင်ယူခဲ့ကြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆရာဆရာမများသည် အတွေ့အကြုံကနေသင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာသီအိုရီကို သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲရာတွင် မည်ကဲ့သို့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သလဲဆိုတာကိုလဲ လေ့လာခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းတစ်ခုရဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းကို ဘယ်လိုရေးဆွဲရသလဲ၊ သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းတစ်ခု မရေးဆွဲခင် ဘာတွေသိထားဖို့လိုသလဲ၊ သင်တန်းတစ်ခုရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်ရောက်ရှိအောင် ဘယ်လိုနည်းလမ်းတွေနဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမယ်ဆိုတာကို မတူညီတဲ့ Training Techniques သင်တန်းပေးခြင်းနည်းလမ်းများစွာကို လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ နောင်အနာဂါတ်တွင် ပိုပြီးကောင်းမွန်တဲ့၊ ပိုပြီးထိရောက်တဲ့ သင်တန်းဆရာ ဆရာမများအားလုံး ဖြစ်လာကြပါစေကြောင်း ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါတယ်။ ဆရာ ဆရာမတို့နဲ့ နောက်တစ်ခေါက် ပြန်ဆုံတွေ့ကြဖို့ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။

Friends and colleagues from Kyun Ta Htaung Myae Foundation finished learning with Magga Education on Training Design and Facilitation this week after they designed their training and giving and receiving feedback from each other and from the trainer. Congratulations to all participants who successfully completed an eleven-day intensive training. Participants had participated in many interactive activities and learned about roles of trainers, qualities of good trainers/facilitators, learning and training styles, training pedagogies including adult learning and experiential learning.

Participants also learned about how to use different techniques in designing an effective training/workshop. They also got a chance to apply what they have learned from the course by designing a workshop that they are going to conduct in their related fields.
