The Educators Development Program aims to enhance the competency of Myanmar educators who are working in the field of learning and teaching. It will increase the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and awareness in relation to educational or training pedagogies such as experiential learning, engaged pedagogy, and social justice frameworks. It will also help participants to have the capacity to create social changes or help creating them through their educational programs.

To be eligible for the course, you will have to have at least one year of experience in teaching or training. English proficiency is not required as the course will be conducted in Myanmar language. Students should be able to discuss and have a conversation in Myanmar language.

သင်တန်းကို တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ရရှိဖို့ဆိုရင် သင်တန်းပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ (သို့မဟုတ်) သင်ကြားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ရှိဖို့တော့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းကို မြန်မာလို သင်ကြားဆွေးနွေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် မြန်မာလို ပြောဆိုဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ဖို့လည်း လိုအပ်ပါမယ်။
