The Training Design and Facilitation course is for people who want to improve their training and facilitation skills and who want to pursue their careers in training field. By the end of this course, participants will be able to lead and conduct training effectively, use experiential learning and other participatory approaches in designing and facilitating workshops, better understand theory and practice of training, and meet their participants’ specific needs and interests. The workshop will be conducted in Myanmar language.

🕹 Training Method: This online training will use an online platform to meet face-to-face on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM. Course materials including PowerPoints, reading materials and handouts will be available online in soft copies. As participants can browse and learn those resources according to their available and comfortable time, it will be very supportive for their learning.
